The Oriental 400-500 TPH Jaw & Cone Crushing Plant is mainly includes GZD1300*4900 Vibrating Feeder,PE1000*1200 Jaw Crusher,ZYS66"-B Cone Crusher,2YZS2460 Vibrating Screen,ZYS51"-B Cone Crusher,2YZS2460 Vibrating Screen,B1200*22M Belt Conveyor and so on. To meet customer’s specific requirement for the stone crushing, we can also add other equipments on the crushing plant, such as dust catcher.
Process of 400-500 TPH Complete Crushing Plant
Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher PE1000*1200 evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder GZD1300*4900 through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will transferred to cone crusher ZTS51"-B by belt conveyor B1200*22M for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen 2YZS2460 for separating. After being separated, the parts that can meet standard will be taken away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to i***ct crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer’s specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
